We are able to send parcels to the EU again! For US parcels, we can only send by UPS, because of continuously changing tariff rules. For all international shipping, there may be additional VAT and customs charges and handling fees, which will need to be paid by the customer before the package will be delivered. These charges appear to vary considerably and are outside our control.

If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering to check whether we can dispatch within your timeframe and use the UPS shipping option at checkout. In all cases, please read our delivery terms carefully before you place your order.
